Fairly clean hotel in a spotlessly clean building so close to all sea front attractions, sea front and shops and Great Yarmouth Sea front and town centre. Efficient staff with great local knowledge. Good sized and nicely furnished room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a balcony, a safe box, and a hair dryer. Fantastic location, close to the beach. Besides, easy to get to an art gallery.

Place was clean, everything was good. Pleasant and accommodating staff who were always there to help. It was in a central setting right on the seafront. We had goodies and coffee at Cake Tin Delights, it was located minutes from the venue. Tbh, had a fantastic stay for two nights.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Had really amazing 3 nights here. It had a magnificent and unbeatable location adjacent to the beach, shops and amusements, Great Yarmouth Sea front, and town center. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 3 km away. The bedroom was nicely decorated and new-fashioned. The staff were excellent and lively all the time. The food for breakfast was gorgeous.

The hotel is clean, has views of gardens and sea. Make sure you stay in the twin room with balcony. The location is excellent and fantastic, it's very close to the seaside, the beach and the golden mile, and town centre. Also, we both really enjoyed The Tolhouse Gaol Museum, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
